True size. Every print is made at your fish's true size, never shrunk. Size ranges are estimates by fish length; your final size is set by your print's actual length and height, and we confirm it from your photo before anything is printed.

Your artwork is made from your fish photo, true to its spots, fins, markings and colors, and sized from the length you give us. You see it in all three styles before anything is printed.

Production & shipping

Every piece is made to order. Allow about 7 business days for us to make it, plus shipping time once it's on its way. Shipping time depends on your destination, the carrier and the shipping method you choose. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Items made by different production partners may arrive in separate packages. We ship to the United States, and some products, including wall art, also to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Returns & order issues

Because every piece is made for you from your own photo, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, product choice or change of mind. If your order arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos. When the problem is ours or our production partner's, we cover the cost of a replacement or refund. Need to cancel? Contact us right away; orders can generally be canceled before production starts.
